What does my monthly subscription include?
Your monthly subscription covers an average of four training sessions per month — a total of 48 sessions across the calendar year.
Some months may include three sessions, while others include five. These balance out over the year.
Do sessions run throughout the year?
Yes. We operate January to December, remaining open all year.
We only close in exceptional circumstances outside of our control.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes. We offer free taster sessions for new players.
This allows your child to experience our coaching before starting a full subscription.
When is my subscription due?
When you join, you will be given a monthly payment date.
This date remains the same each month throughout the year.
What payment methods are accepted?
We only accept online monthly subscription payments.
All payments are automatic and processed through our online system each month.
Can my child pay as they play?
No. We do not offer pay-as-you-play options.
All participation is through our monthly subscription.
Price Increases
To continue delivering high-quality coaching, maintaining our facilities, and meeting rising operational costs, our pricing is adjusted each year.
An automatic price increase will be applied each year to ensure we maintain and improve the standard of training and service we provide.
If my child misses a session, can they attend a different one?
Our subscription model is based on fixed player numbers per class.
For this reason, attending an alternative session is not permitted without prior approval from a member of staff.
Cancellation
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel your subscription.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Your child’s place in the programme remains active while the notice period is completed.
Refunds & Credits
Subscriptions are not adjusted for missed sessions, holidays, or absences.
Your payment secures your child’s place in the programme.
Weather & Unexpected Closures
If a session is cancelled due to extreme weather, facility issues, or health and safety concerns, we will notify you as early as possible.
No refunds are provided in these circumstances.
Behaviour Expectations
We expect all players to demonstrate respect, effort, and positive behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove a player from the programme if behaviour consistently disrupts sessions.
Can parents stay and watch?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch as long as they do not interfere with the session.
Coaching instructions should only come from coaching staff.
-How long does the training kit take to arrive?
From the date of payment, your child’s training kit will arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What’s included in the training kit fee?
Your kit includes:
- Training shirt
- Shorts
- Socks
Do I have to buy a training kit?
Yes. The training kit is compulsory and must be worn at every session your child attends.
